ACRO SKILLS APP

We have an exciting acro app to practice your skills at home!

This app is beneficial as it allows the students to watch and practice the skills with the correct technique from home. We highly encourage every student to take advantage of this app; we have been using the teachers version of the app in class and it is super helpful! Encompassing elements of flexibility, strength, balancing, limbering and tumbling for the promotion of well rounded, technically proficient AcroDancers at RSD.

There are written descriptions of each skill along with a photo or video demonstrating each skill make this app easy for dancers to use and understand. Analyze your technique in comparison with the prescribed requirements by syncing your videos to the demonstration video and showing your dance teacher. Once your technique matches the required technique, check the skill off your list! Work to collect all of your check marks and prepare for your Acro Assessment at the end of the year! This App is intended to be used in conjunction with weekly Acro classes with a qualified, certified instructor (Miss Caitlin and Miss Margs!).

HOW TO ACCESS on your device
Download the MY ACRO APP by Acrobatic Arts Inc from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store onto the device you would like to set this up on.
Then email [email protected] with the DEVICE ID (in the settings) so we can approve your download and the correct acro level.
